Delloyd Group is a leading original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the major car manufacturers and assemblers in Malaysia.

Its automotive component division encompasses the manufacture, trading and distribution of a comprehensive range of car components and accessories for both the domestic and export markets. The Group is also involved in the trading and distribution of automotive parts and accessories for the aftermarket or replacement market.

The Group has also expanded downstream into the vehicle distribution business for the sale and service of Proton's range of cars. In March 2008, the Group expanded this segment by venturing into Indonesia for the manufacturing and assembling of bus chassis for the local market there.

The Group also owns an oil palm plantation located in Batang Berjuntai, Selangor. The Group's plantation segment is further strengthened with the acquisition of PT Rebinmas Jaya, which owns 3 oil palm plantations on Pulau Belitung, south of Sumatera, Indonesia.
